The 2020 Grant Application Process is now open. Applications are due November 11, 2020.

  • 1. Description of Program - it's mission and objectives

  • 2. How many youth will your program serve? How will they be recruited?

  • 3. Geographic area(s) or school district served *CYGF serves Santa Clara county based youth golf programs

  • 4. Evaluation tools your organization will implement to measure success.

  • 5. Please enter a detailed annual program budget. Examples include: uniforms, matches, equipment, meals, certificates, trophies and administrative costs. Examples of administrative costs include salaries, insurance, printing, mailing, office supplies, etc.
